Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Specialist.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional stay from check-in to check-out.
Communication is primarily through our messaging system, but will also involve phone calls and occasional face-to-face interactions.
The ideal candidate is a great communicator who is comfortable using technology and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality guest service and hospitality Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes Answer questions and resolve issues via our messaging system, over the phone, and in person Manage bookings using our technology platforms Communicate effectively with our cleaning crew to ensure rooms are guest-ready Perform final checks of rooms after cleaning to ensure readiness for guests, reporting any issues to cleaning crew for correction Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tech-savvy, comfortable with using computer software and mobile applications Ability to work under pressure during peak periods Must be mobile with reliable transportation Must be at least 21 years old What We Offer:
