Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation practices Skills:
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well as part of a team Note:
Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided.
