About us We are a boutique hotel on the north end of Clearwater Beach focused on providing the best possible guest experience from check in to check out.
We are looking for skilled Guest Service Agent to continue their career with our company.

This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for taking payments, answering phones, and ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Answer phones Make and confirm guest reservations made either directly or thru one of the reservation platforms Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.
