Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality - Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar - Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles - Experience with project coordination and task management - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly (e.
